As part of the EcoSmartCities project, two cross-border competitions of the fourth grade of elementary school Ludbreg and their colleagues from the Hungarian City of Zalaegerszeg were held at the Intergeneration Center in Ludbreg. The first competition was held on Friday, November 9, 2018 at the Intergeneration Center in Ludbreg, and a week later the competition was held in Zalaegerszeg.

As part of the EcoSmartCities project on Friday, November 9 at the Intergeneration Center in Ludbreg, a cross-border competition was held for students of the third grade of the elementary school Ludbreg and their colleagues from the Hungarian city of Zalaegerszeg. Through educational games the students learned more about sorting of the waste. The pupils were welcomed by the Mayor of Town Ludbreg Dubravko Bilić.
